Montagu

Montagu is Weston Eidson’s still-wine label, begun in 2012 and named for his great-grandfather, the second Lord Montagu of Beaulieu. He bottles small lots of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a handful of North Coast vineyards.

At Ferrington he takes 828 Pinot Noir from Block A-9 and clone 17 Chardonnay from D-1 — the same fruit he uses for Westborn, his traditional-method sparkling wine.

See also Westborn , from the same Ferrington blocks.
