Varietals
Ferrington Vineyard in Anderson Valley is planted to four principal varietals across multiple blocks and clones. Cool Pacific fog and wide diurnal shifts shape each planting; partner wineries across the North Coast bottle the fruit. Read about the vineyard terroir, then explore each varietal below.
We are the only vineyard we know of with ten different clones of Pinot Noir winemakers can choose to work with.
We are the only independent vineyard we know of that grows Old Wente clone.
We are the only vineyard we know of with cool-climate, old-vine Sauvignon Blanc.
We also have some fantastic Gewürztraminer, which we love, like we might love a three-legged dog. But nobody else does.
