Westborn
Westborn is Weston Eidson’s traditional-method sparkling wine, made with Russell Bevan and Nathan Reeves. The first fruit came in 2018; the wines spend years on the lees before they are disgorged.
Ferrington is one of the North Coast sites in those blends. Eidson sources the same Anderson Valley blocks for Westborn that he bottles as still wine under Montagu.
See also Montagu , from the same Ferrington blocks.
